Thanks to the help of our owner's, as well as our knowledgeable staff, we have put together some recipes and uses for our CBG & CBD Raw Hemp. These are just a few, but you can add our Raw Hemp to any meal just like traditional herbs and spices. Do you like to add oregano or basil to your pizza or pasta? Try sprinkling some ground raw hemp after it's done cooking! Basically for every 1/2 tablespoon of Raw Hemp, we get around 50 mg of this raw CBDA CBGA mixture in the hemp mix. This number is not a bad starting point for directions of use as the absorption is less when compared to a tincture or gummy when eating raw hemp. We recommend 2 tablespoons as the high end and 1/4 tablespoon is the low end for using this in food blends.

Green Smoothie

GREEN GOODNESS SMOOTHIE

1/4 TBSP: Ground CBG Flower

1 Cup Packed Greens (Kale, Spinach, etc.)

1 Banana

1/2 Small Avocado

3/4 Cup Milk

1 TSP: Lemon Juice

Few Fresh Mint Leaves

Place items in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Orange Crush Raw hemp smoothie

ORANGE CRUSH SMOOTHIE

1/4 TBSP: Ground CBG Flower

1 Cup: Fresh or Frozen Mango Chunks

1 Cup: Fresh or Frozen Strawberries

1/2 Cup: Shredded Carrots

1 Orange

1 TSP Ground Turmeric

1 Cup: Coconut Water

Few Fresh Mint Leaves

Place items in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Horner's Sunday Kitchen Guacamole with SunMed Raw hemp

GUACAMOLE 

1/4 TBSP: Ground CBG Flower

1 Cup: Fresh Cilantro

1/2 Cup: Onions

1: Lime (Juiced)

1/2 Cup of Diced Tomatoes

1 Diced Jalapeno (Seeds Removed)

1 Avocado (Cubed)

Combine in a bowl and Smash until you reach desired consistency.

Served with Tortilla Chips and Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE HEMP PROTEIN SHAKE 

1 Scoop: Chocolate Protein Powder (Can Substitute Vanilla)

1 Cup Frozen Banana

1 Cup: Frozen Berries

4 oz Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk

2 TBSP Almond Butter

1/4 TBSP: Grown CBG Flower

Place items in a blender until smooth and creamy.
